A Few Tips Before You Arrive

What to wear and bring

Flat-soled or minimalist athletic shoes
Athletic attire (shorts, shirt, leggings, etc.)
A water bottle and a towel
A journal or notebook to record weights and reps (optional)

When to arrive for class

Please check in 15 minutes before your first session to get settled. Your coach will be happy to answer any questions about the workout or equipment. We want you to feel as comfortable and prepared as possible.

55-minute classes

Efficient and intense total-body workouts, each lasting 55 minutes.

Expert coaching

Guided training that features compound movement patterns, using primarily barbell and dumbbell exercises.
